CNTAGS (China Tickets & Audio Guide Service) collects only the information needed to handle your booking request: your name, a WhatsApp number or email address, your travel date and party size, and any notes you choose to leave.
What we use it for
- Contacting you to confirm availability and details of your request
- Reserving official tickets in your name where the site requires real-name booking
- Responding to your questions
What we do not do
- We do not sell or share your data with advertisers or data brokers.
- We do not collect payment card data — there is no online payment on this site.
- We do not keep copies of your passport. Passport details, when needed for real-name reservations, are requested through private conversation at confirmation time and used only for that booking.
Retention
Booking records are kept as long as needed for accounting and customer service, then deleted. You may ask us to correct or delete your data at any time via the contact page.
