What this service is
CNTAGS is a Beijing-based travel service company. We submit reservation requests for official attraction tickets, provide multi-language audio guides, and arrange licensed live guides and private cars. Submitting a request on this site is a booking request, not a confirmed order: availability is confirmed by our team within 24 hours via WhatsApp or email.
Prices
Prices shown are per person in Chinese yuan (CNY) unless stated otherwise. The final price is confirmed in writing before any commitment. There is no online payment on this site — payment, where applicable, is arranged during confirmation.
Your responsibilities
- Provide accurate traveler details, matching the original passport.
- Carry the original physical passport at entry; copies and photos are not accepted by sites.
- Arrive on time: entry sessions and meeting points are defined on each product page.
Changes and cancellations
Each product states its own change and refund window on its page. Where a site closes or a reservation rule changes after you book, we contact you first with options — reschedule, substitute, or refund per the product's stated policy.
Liability
We are responsible for the services described on each product page. We are not responsible for site closures, force majeure, or losses arising from incorrect traveler details provided at booking.
