CNTAGS — China Tickets & Audio Guide Service — is a Beijing-based travel service company. We exist because the hardest part of visiting China is rarely the flight: it's the reservation window that opens seven days ahead and closes in minutes, the real-name rule that needs a passport number in a Chinese-only form, the audio guide that only comes in a language you don't read.

We take those obstacles away, professionally. Every ticket we reserve is a genuine official ticket. Every word of our audio guides is written by a person, not scraped from a review site.

We started as a small group of licensed Beijing guides. Week after week we watched visitors lose half a day to queues they could not join, to reservation systems that had already closed, to signs nobody had translated.

So we stopped guiding full-time and built the thing we kept wishing existed: a desk that checks the reservation rules every morning, books under your passport, and answers the phone in a language you speak.

We are not a global marketplace, and we do not resell you to a subcontractor. When you write to us, you reach the same team that updates this website when a rule changes.
