What we handle for you

Five services, one team in Beijing — from the reservation system to the road to the Great Wall.

Attraction Tickets

Official entry to the Forbidden City, the Great Wall, museums and imperial parks — reserved under your passport and confirmed before you fly.

Most Beijing sites now sell only through their own real-name reservation systems, released days ahead and gone in minutes. We sit in that window for you: we hold your passport details, watch the release time, and confirm in writing. If a date is already closed, we say so instead of taking the booking and hoping.

Self-Guided Audio Tours

Site-specific commentary you walk with — multi-language, written and recorded in-house, paced to how long people actually stay.

One generic track for a whole palace complex is how audio guides get switched off after ten minutes. Ours are written per site, with the walking order, the parts worth slowing down for, and the bits you can skip. English is the source, recorded in-house; other languages are machine-drafted and human-checked.

Guided Tours with Local Experts

Licensed English- and Chinese-speaking guides for the sites that only make sense once someone explains them.

Some places read fine on a plaque. Others — the Forbidden City’s side halls, the Temple of Heaven’s cosmology, the Great Wall’s construction — need a person. Our guides are licensed, work these sites weekly, and will tell you honestly when a route is not worth your day.

Private Charters & Transfers

English-coordinated drivers for airport transfers, Great Wall days and multi-site itineraries.

Beijing’s sites sit far apart, and the Great Wall is a half-day of driving before you climb anything. We arrange licensed vehicles with drivers coordinated in English, so the day is planned around travel time and reservation slots rather than guesswork.

Custom Itinerary Planning

Tell us your dates and what you want to see — we build the days around reservation windows and real travel time.

Send your dates, party size and the two or three things that matter most. We come back with a day-by-day plan that respects opening hours, reservation windows and how long it actually takes to cross the city — plus what we would cut if the schedule is too tight.
