Frequently asked questions

Tickets, passports, meeting points, changes and refunds — answered plainly.

Can I change or cancel my booking?

Each product page states its own change and refund window, mirroring the site's official rules. For the Forbidden City, cancellation is free until the day before your visit; after that the museum's no-show rule applies and the ticket cannot be released. The rule shown when you submit is the rule that applies — message us before booking if anything is unclear.

What documents do I need?

The original physical passport you booked with — for every traveler, including children. Real-name reservation is per person, and gates do not accept copies or phone photos. Under Chinese law, foreign visitors are required to carry their passport while out in public.

Are children's tickets available?

Most sites offer free or discounted entry for children, but age and height thresholds differ by site — the product page states the rule that applies. Free tickets still require a real-name reservation, which we process exactly like a paid one.

Where do we meet for live tours?

Meeting points are listed on each product page. They are always an identifiable landmark near the entrance — the Forbidden City, for example, has a single entry at the Meridian Gate. Arrive 10–15 minutes early: security checks take time.

What if we're running late?

Message us on WhatsApp or by email as soon as you know. For ticket-only bookings, sites hold reserved entry only inside the session window you booked — the Forbidden City's morning session closes at 12:00. We will tell you honestly what is still possible; we will not promise that a site will bend its own rules.

Can I get an invoice (fapiao)?

Yes. Ask when you submit the request, or reply to our confirmation message. We issue electronic invoices within three business days — tell us the exact invoice title your company needs.

What happens in bad weather?

Sites rarely close for rain, but extreme conditions — heavy snow, high wind, red alerts — do close them. If an official closure affects your booking we contact you first with reschedule or refund options under the product policy. At the Great Wall, cable cars and toboggans stop in high wind or thunderstorms while the wall itself usually stays open.

Is the service accessible for wheelchair users?

The Forbidden City lends wheelchairs at the loan desk inside the Meridian Gate (fee set by the museum), and the central axis route is step-free. The Great Wall is not wheelchair-accessible, though Badaling's cable car reaches an intermediate tower. Tell us your needs when you book and we will match products and routes honestly.
